Mia Moore is a burlesque performer, producer, singer, instructor and maker based in Lafayette and New Orleans, La.
She got her start in musical theatre, which led to cabaret and then official burlesque with a troupe in 2013. This adventure has taken her all over the country and the internet to show off her particular brand of regal smut (I made that up - does it work?)! You can join her for performances in New Orleans and Lafayette, including her one-of-a-kind burly events with Mia Moore Presents in the latter.
These shows are close to Mia’s heart, as a vehicle to bring the community together, including every race, gender expression, sexuality or creed. MMP strives for empowerment, inclusion and love, all wrapped up in rhinestones and tassels!
Mia’s other passions also include designing and hand-making jewelry, press-on nails, hair goodies and music; all with and without clothes!
